The requirement covered approximately 255 pallets / 85 MT of pharmaceutical cargo by full charter flight. Lockdown restrictions disrupted road movements from five plants across India.

Babaji Shivram coordinated truck arrivals, airport handling and customs within restricted operating windows. The supplied record states that 214 pallets were loaded and flown to the USA on time.
